Job Description

Kopuram Promoter & Builders is hiring an experienced

Real Estate Marketing Head

to manage field marketing staff, coordinate call center executives, handle customer follow-ups, and support sales operations for our DTCP & RERA-approved plots and villa projects.

This is a

field + office coordination

role -- not a digital marketing position.

Key Responsibilities Team Management

Lead and supervise

field marketing staff

Coordinate with

telecallers / call center team

Assign tasks, track performance, and ensure targets are met

Customer Engagement

Interact with walk-in & referred customers Explain project details, location benefits, and pricing Arrange and monitor

site visits

Ensure customers receive proper follow-up

Marketing Operations

Distribute marketing materials (pamphlets, banners, standees) Plan field promotional activities near hotspots and busy locations Maintain lead reports, follow-up trackers, and daily updates Support sales team with qualified leads

Coordination

Work closely with management for marketing plans Provide daily/weekly marketing reports Improve customer experience and team productivity

Requirements

3-5 years experience in

real estate field marketing / telecalling team coordination

Strong communication and people-handling skills Ability to supervise staff and manage field operations Knowledge of real estate projects, plotting, customer behavior Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)

Salary & Benefits

?20,000 - ?25,000 per month (Based on experience)

Team Performance Incentives Travel Allowance (for field work)
