Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns. Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies. Coordinating promotional activities & events. Create marketing & communication collaterals, execute and to maintain site branding and site upkeep in line with ongoing campaigns & sustenance period. To explore and to execute Events & Exhibition related to real estate industry with schedule Identifying new innovative avenues of communication and media vehicle to be used on corporate and project level To take the feedback from Sales and presales team on leads during campaign & sustenance period Be operationally sound. Coordinate with vendors and inter departments alike Creating customer testimonial and to implement for enhancing brand equity Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies Candidates should have Excellent Communication skills. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 970,000.00 - 980,000.00 per month Benefits:
