We're Hiring - Real Estate Manager (Hyderabad)

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate building projects - both existing & upcoming

Manage relationships with builders, lessors, contractors & suppliers

Ensure smooth project coordination & operations

Uphold high professional standards in all interactions

Qualifications:

Experience in Property Management & Lease Administration

Strong knowledge of Real Estate & Commercial Real Estate operations

Proficiency in managing leases & agreements

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Ability to independently manage multiple properties

Prior experience in coworking/managed office/commercial real estate spaces

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
