We are seeking a results-driven Manager with extensive experience in the real estate/building sector to oversee project lifecycles and team operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between site execution, sales, and client relations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring construction milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor site supervisors, sales teams, and administrative staff to achieve organizational goals.
Vendor & Liaison Management: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government authorities for permits and seamless site operations.
Sales & Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to drive lead conversion and maintain high occupancy/sales rates.
Financial Stewardship: Monitor project budgets, manage cash flows, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
Client Relations: Resolve high-level escalations and ensure a premium experience for buyers from booking to possession.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven management experience specifically within a Real Estate Developer or Builder firm.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Project/Excel, and knowledge of local real estate laws (e.g., RERA).
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation tactics, leadership presence, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
