Job Summary:



The Real Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing property sales, client interactions, property management, and ensuring smooth operations of all real estate activities. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and coordinating with builders, owners, and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales & Business Development



Identify new property listings and expand the property portfolio. Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements. Conduct property site visits, explain features, and negotiate prices. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate leads through marketing, networking, and referrals.

2. Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and property owners. Handle client queries and provide appropriate property solutions. Ensure smooth closure of deals with proper documentation and follow-ups.

3. Property Management



Oversee the maintenance, tenant management, and upkeep of managed properties. Conduct periodic property inspections and ensure timely repairs. Coordinate between tenants and owners regarding rental agreements, renewals, and payments.

4. Documentation & Compliance



Prepare and verify property-related documents such as sales agreements, rental contracts, etc. Ensure legal compliance with local real estate rules and regulations. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.

5. Market Research



Monitor market trends, property prices, and competitor activities. Provide insights for strategic planning and marketing initiatives.

6. Team Coordination



Work closely with marketing, finance, and legal teams to streamline processes. Guide junior sales executives and assist in training when required.

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. Minimum 0-3 years of experience in real estate sales or property management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. Good knowledge of local property laws and market trends. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Salary:



Based on experience + incentives for sales closures.

Working Hours:



As per company norms, with flexibility for client meetings and site visits.
