Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients and showcase premium real estate projects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized communication.
Conduct site visits, explain project features, and highlight value propositions.
Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to drive sales conversions.
Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and project details.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with assertive follow-ups and client engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client psychology and present premium projects effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in the luxury real estate sector.
