. This role is essential in driving property acquisition, development planning, and coordination between real estate operations and our construction and interior design teams. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of both sectors and a strategic approach to real estate development.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate potential
residential and commercial properties
for acquisition, development, or joint ventures.
Oversee real estate transactions including site selection, negotiations, due diligence, legal documentation, and closures.
Coordinate with internal teams for construction and interior fit-out alignment with project goals and timelines.
Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis for each project opportunity.
Manage leasing, purchase, and sales of residential flats, villas, commercial office spaces, retail units, etc.
Liaise with architects, designers, consultants, and contractors to align property development with branding and functionality.
Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, environmental guidelines, and local municipal regulations.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, investors, legal advisors, and government agencies.
Monitor real estate portfolio performance and recommend strategies for optimization and growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field
is required.
Preferred fields: Real Estate, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related areas.
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate development or management, preferably within a construction/interior design environment.
Proven track record in
residential and commercial project management
and property development.
Strong negotiation, legal, and financial analysis skills.
Solid understanding of real estate regulations, RERA (if applicable), and government approval processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and real estate/property management software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites and meetings.
