Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the real estate sector

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and service excellence

Conduct property presentations and effectively communicate project details to prospective buyers

Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales targets

Monitor and analyze market trends to support informed decision-making

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment

Proficiency in English and Hindi (preferred)

Based in, or willing to commute to, Dwarka

Two-wheeler ownership preferred for local travel
