Liaison Officer (Male) with 1 yrs exp in Gurugram Real Estate. We are looking for a
proactive and well-connected Liaison Officer
with 1 years of relevant experience in handling government approvals and documentation in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various government departments and ensuring timely processing of files and approvals for CLU, Licenses, Building Plans, and NOCs.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up with government departments, authorities, and consultants for project approvals and compliances.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to RERA, DTEP, and HUDA regulations.
Draft and respond to official letters, notices, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
Maintain liaison with municipal, environmental, and legal authorities for smooth project execution.
Support the project team in preparing regulatory submissions and maintain filing records.
Use AutoCAD for preparing and reviewing layout plans or compliance drawings.
Prepare periodic reports on approval status and compliance progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate liaison or compliance roles.
Sound knowledge of RERA, DTEP, and HUDA laws and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
Excellent drafting and communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in relevant discipline.
Prior exposure to large-scale residential or commercial Real Estate projects.
