We are looking for a
proactive and well-connected Liaison Officer
with 3-5 years of relevant experience in handling government approvals and documentation in the industrial or real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various government departments and ensuring timely processing of files and approvals for CLU, Licenses, Building Plans, and NOCs.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaison with government departments such as
HSIIDC, GMDA, PWD, DTP, Town Planning, Fire, HSPCB
, etc.
Coordinate and follow up on applications for
CLU, Industrial/Residential Licenses, Building Plan Approvals, Fire NOC, and HSPCB Clearance
,
etc.
Maintain professional relationships with government officials and ensure proper documentation for all submissions.
Attend department meetings, inspections, and site visits when required.
Keep track of file movements, respond to objections/queries, and update internal teams and clients.
Ensure timely compliance as per local and state regulations.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related fields).
3 to 5 years of experience
in liaisoning with industrial or real estate government authorities.
Good knowledge of
CLU, Licensing, Building Plan Sanctioning
, and NOC processes.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with officials.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to travel locally and manage multiple files/projects simultaneously.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary:
22,000 - 30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview)
