Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Real Estate Liaison (REL) supporting Lines of Businesses, Operations and Functions within Consumer & Community Banking (CCB)
• Manage the Headcount Location Plan (headcount demand by market and building) process for assigned groups incorporating Corporate and CCB guidance
• Focus on managing toward strategic hub locations; identify areas of risk based on location caps, seating capacity and concentration risk thresholds
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the firm on site strategies and seating solutions; including, Global Real Estate (GRE), Corporate & Site Services, GTI
• Monitor seating demand and capacity at the group and location level to ensure seating availability exist for all new hires promoting a positive employee experience
• Partner with CCB Logistics Market Managers in strategizing and negotiating seating requirements, co-location and site swirls activities
• Continuous dialogue and monthly touchpoint meetings with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic location plans

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Management, or an applicable discipline
• Exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in highly complex environment
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - ability to synthesize information into concise, insightful and actionable recommendations
• Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and proficient at storytelling
• Sound judgment, professional maturity, personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results oriented, fact based. Has the courage to ask tough questions and challenge the status quo and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to collaborate, influence, motivate and advice multiple stakeholders including senior management.
• Comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

• Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills. Passionate about leveraging data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau)
• Solid working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint; Alteryx a plus
