We are seeking a proactive and experienced Real Estate & Leasing Executive to lease out our 50,000 sq ft industrial warehouse located on the Sillod-Jalgaon highway.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial and industrial real estate or logistics leasing, with the ability to generate revenue, build strategies, and attract quality clients.
This role demands a field-driven, result-oriented professional who can combine on-ground networking with corporate outreach to lease the entire warehouse efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue generation and client strategy development will be the top priority -- identifying, approaching, and closing leasing deals with credible companies.
Develop and execute strategies to attract logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, and warehousing clients.
Conduct market mapping, field visits, and follow-ups with prospects and brokers.
Create and deliver professional PPT presentations showcasing project advantages.
Approach major market players, 3PLs, industrial firms, and distributors to explore leasing opportunities.
Maintain continuous engagement through calls, LinkedIn, and meetings to build long-term relationships.
Identify target industries and companies that can benefit from setting up operations in Sillod to reduce logistics or operational costs.
Coordinate site visits, negotiations, and closure of agreements.
Provide weekly progress and revenue reports to management.
Represent the company professionally at all times to enhance brand credibility and client trust.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA preferred) in Marketing, Real Estate, or Business Administration.
2-5 years of experience in real estate leasing (preferably industrial / logistics / warehousing).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (other regional languages are a plus).
Strong presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and LinkedIn networking.
Deep understanding of industrial location advantages, logistics costs, and business ecosystem mapping.
Local candidates from Aurangabad, Jalna, or nearby areas preferred for better regional understanding.
