About the Role



We are urgently hiring

200 Lead Generation Executives

for our fast-paced Real Estate BPO process. This is a golden opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals to grow in the booming real estate sector. The role is designed for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about sales, target achievement, and client communication. Key Responsibilities



Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and digital campaigns. Generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects. Identify and qualify prospects, understanding their property preferences and purchase intent. Maintain updated lead data and interaction history in CRM systems. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets. Ensure smooth lead handover to sales teams for closures. Follow compliance guidelines, data protection standards, and quality processes. Stay updated with market trends and property insights to pitch effectively.

Qualifications & Skills



Education:

Minimum HSC (12th Pass). Graduates are highly encouraged.

Experience:

Freshers are welcome. 0-2 years of experience in BPO sales, real estate, telecalling, or lead generation is an added advantage.

Languages:

Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

Skills:

Excellent communication and persuasion ability. Strong active listening and problem-solving approach. Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office). Resilience to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
