Job Title: Real Estate Lawyer

Location: LakeTown

Salary: Up to ?30,000/- per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Lawyer with expertise in land registration, title search, land search-in & search-out, mutation, title transfer, and deed preparation. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in real estate property-related legal work.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct land title searches and verify property ownership.

Handle land registration, mutation, and title transfer processes.

Draft and review various legal documents including deeds, sale agreements, lease agreements, and other property-related contracts.

Ensure compliance with local and state real estate laws and regulations.

Assist in resolving property disputes and coordinate with legal authorities.

Represent the company in legal proceedings, if required.

Provide legal opinions and advice on real estate transactions.

Maintain proper documentation and legal records related to company properties.

Liaise with government offices and legal consultants for smooth execution of property-related transactions.

Requirements:

LLB degree from a recognized university.

Minimum 4 years of experience in property-related legal work, preferably in a real estate company.

Strong knowledge of real estate laws, property registration, and land mutation processes.

Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).

Ability to draft and review legal documents with high accuracy.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel) and legal research tools.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
