Bachelor\'s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP, or similar) preferred. 2. Proven experience (3+ years) as a real estate investment advisor, real estate analyst, or a similar role, preferably in a financial institution, real estate firm, or investment advisory company. 3. Strong knowledge of real estate markets, investment strategies, financial modeling, and risk management techniques. 4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed investment recommendations. 5. Familiarity with fractional investment concepts and platforms is a plus. 6.
