Role Overview

Urban Property Spaces is seeking a

seasoned international real estate leader

to head

overseas sales and leasing operations

for residential properties across

Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and the UK

. This role will drive

international client acquisition, channel partnerships, and revenue growth

for both

rental and sales portfolios

, while operating remotely.

Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Sales & Leasing

Lead residential

sales and rental transactions

across Dubai, KSA, and UK markets Develop international client pipelines including HNIs, NRIs, investors, and corporate tenants
Drive off-plan, ready property sales, leasing mandates, and portfolio rentals
Build and manage relationships with

developers, brokers, channel partners, and property owners

Identify new project tie-ups, exclusive mandates, and international collaborations
Strengthen Urban Property Spaces' brand presence in global real estate markets
Own international

revenue targets and business growth strategy

Set pricing, commission structures, and sales processes
Track conversion, collections, and market performance
Manage international sales teams, channel partners, and external consultants remotely
Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction

Ideal Candidate Profile

7+ years of experience in

international residential real estate sales & leasing

Strong exposure to

Dubai, Saudi, and/or UK property markets

Proven track record in

cross-border sales, NRI & investor clientele

Experience managing remote teams and channel partner networks
Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 14 - 30 per week
