Key Responsibilities:
Visit properties and create engaging video content, walkthroughs, and short clips for social media.
Present property features confidently on camera and interact with potential buyers online and offline.
Promote listings across social media platforms to generate inquiries and leads.
Build relationships with clients and assist them throughout the buying process.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaigns, events, and promotional shoots.
Track leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
Passion for real estate, marketing, and content creation.
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
