Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate profiles.
Create and post job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
Source candidates through databases, social media, job fairs, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial phone screenings.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends and best practices.
Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for HR leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role (in-house or agency).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
Solid understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience recruiting for [industry-specific roles, e.g., Real Estate, IT, finance, healthcare].
Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, LinkedIn Recruiter).
