Job Summary:

The General Manager - Sales will lead and manage the entire sales department, driving revenue growth and market expansion for Contour Buildcon Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in real estate sales, strategic planning, team leadership, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance their performance and motivation.

Identify new business opportunities and client segments in Noida and surrounding regions.

Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, brokers, channel partners, and stakeholders.

Collaborate with marketing and project teams to create impactful promotional campaigns and sales collaterals.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior management.

Ensure compliance with legal and company policies during sales transactions.

Conduct regular sales performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.

Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree .

Minimum 6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of the Noida real estate market, customer segments, and competitive landscape.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve goals in a high-pressure environment.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
