Job Description

We are hiring a field executive to conduct on-ground property surveys in South Delhi (Greater Kailash 1 & 2 and nearby areas).

Responsibilities:

Visit residential colonies and builder floor zones Identify vacant, resale and upcoming properties Collect owner/broker inventory details Verify basic property information Share daily field reports with office team Build local broker and guard network
Requirements:

Prior real estate field experience preferred Knowledge of South Delhi localities is a plus Good communication skills Willing to travel on field daily Smartphone mandatory
Salary & Incentives:

Fixed salary + performance incentives Travel reimbursement provided
Location: South Delhi (GK1, GK2 & nearby areas)
