Salary - 40K -80K per Month+ Incentives

Experience required - 5 - 8 year of experience in Real Estate, Consumer durables, Telecom, Retail and Hospitality.

Language -English, Hindi and local languages Tamil

Qualification required: Graduation in any stream

Real estate sales or Life insurance sales experience must required Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication and selling skills.

Performed regular client meetings site visits.

Effectively closed client transactions directly i.e. a successful direct selling career.

In-depth knowledge about real estate environment in the city, property buying cycle.

Awareness of government policies and bylaws, processes transaction procedures.

Awareness about new projects coming up in the city and prevailing prices in various localities of the city.

Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.

Polished, Well-Groomed, pleasing personality - He has to find ways to achieve their monthly target and maintain our company\'s positive image.

She will be responsible for generating sales within assigned focus projects

Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.

Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.

Report on sales activities to senior management.
