Salary

: Up to INR 45,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping services. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and facility upgrades (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems). Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and building codes for real estate properties. Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize costs for facility operations within allocated limits. Address resident queries and complaints promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels for projects like Serenity Towers. Supervise facility staff (e.g., security guards, cleaners) and conduct regular inspections to uphold property standards. Prepare reports on facility performance and maintenance activities for senior management.

Qualifications

:

Must be based in Hyderabad with strong knowledge of local vendors and regulations. Proven ability to manage multiple properties and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
