Responsible for large site around (~10 Millian sq.ft.), multi-location operation - electromechanical infrastructure.
Maintain 99.99% uptime of engineering services.
Support Data center operation, various upgrades, new initiatives etc.
Manage and execute 52-week PPM schedule.
Work with outsourced team via FM partner.
Work with AMC vendors for upkeep of various equipments and the systems.
Close coordination with landlord for High side scope for ongoing operations, maintenance aspects, various upgrades & breakdowns if any.
1st level liaison with LL for various interfaces.
Tracking of LL deliverables.
Prepare annual budget for finalization / approval.
Manage monthly MIS - Plan v/s actual with reasoning on the variations.
Daily / Weekly premises round
Maintaining tracker for ongoing operational issues / tasks till closure
Handling repair and maintenance scope end to end
Work with Real Estate project team for taking over of the new premises.
Involvement in the design and execution in Real Estate project is MUST.
Lead EHS process and practices.
Knowledge on statutory compliance and labour laws is must.
Focal for AP team on routine tasks like Capitalization, Asset disposal,Cash flow projections etc.
Upkeep / maintaining external warehouse at remote location.
Oversee shutdown related activities: planning, coordination, tracking and execution etc. physical presence at site is most important.
Being innovative is key for continual improvement.
Being proactive and critical / strategic thinking to bring efficiency and effectiveness in the deliverables is MUST.
Soft skills like, collaboration, thriving in ambiguity, communication(written as well as verbal), taking end to end ownership, leading from front are MUST.
Vendor finalization and Procurement activities:
Tracking of all the requirements for various projects
Work on initial scrutiny / shortlisting.
Prepare complete analysis for finalization / approval.
PR & PO processing.
Project wise budget tracking
Tracking of issues with vendors
P2P receiving
Invoicing & payment process
Focal for closing vendor payment issues with AP.
Project management activities:
Coordination with all the stakeholders like Facility team, IT etc.
1st level point of contact
Site progress review with FM partner team on daily basis.
Tracking of open issues for closure
Periodic interaction within the project team on the various follow ups
Preparing weekly progress review report
Inputs for monthly report
Tracking of Amdocs internal approvals.
Technical inputs at various stages of the projects.
Planning for periodic reviews with vendor and project team
Tracking project schedule and pinpoint issues to next level.
Primary review of design / engineering solutions.
Proper closure of snag list and pending tasks within the define time frame.
Formal handover / closure of project - As built documentation & signoff.
Active participation in all Amdocs internal meetings / conference calls.
Function as back up to Manager or subordinate / colleague.
