Role & Responsibilities -
Achieving sales targets for assigned real estate projects.
Generating business through existing customers and creating new opportunities.
Conducting sales meetings and ensuring target achievements.
Coordinating between customers and company regarding project updates, pricing, and launches.
Preparing regular sales reports for top management.
Expanding customer base and increasing business opportunities.
Maintaining updated knowledge of projects, competitors, and industry trends.
Updating lead management portal daily.
Educational Qualification -
MBA/PGDM (Marketing) - Batch 2026
BBA
Competency Requirements -
Strong selling & negotiation skills.
Client interaction and relationship management.
Excellent communication (verbal & written).
Team player, networking skills, systematic approach, initiative taker.
Other Requirements -
Personal conveyance, laptop, and mobile mandatory.

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off)
Office Timing: 10 AM - 7 PM
