Key Responsibilities:
Promote and market residential and commercial properties in Thane and nearby areas.
Generate new leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
Conduct property site visits with potential clients and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the transaction process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Stay updated with local property trends, pricing, and competitors' activities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and targets.

Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate, Sales, or Marketing background preferred).
Prior experience in real estate sales/marketing is an advantage (freshers with strong sales skills may apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and social media marketing tools.
Good knowledge of Thane and Mumbai property markets (preferred).
