Role Summary



The Presentation Manager / PPT Executive is responsible for creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations, designing visual content, and supporting leadership teams with impactful communication materials. The role requires strong design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to convert complex information into clear, professional presentations.

Key Responsibilities



Develop, design, and format

PowerPoint presentations

for meetings, reviews, client pitches, and internal communications. Ensure

brand consistency

, use of templates, and professional visual standards. Work closely with leadership teams to

understand content

, objectives, and audience expectations. Create graphs, charts, infographics, and visual elements to simplify data. Edit and refine content to improve clarity, flow, and presentation impact. Manage version control and timely delivery of all presentation materials. Support preparation for conferences, board meetings, and strategic discussions. Collaborate with marketing, research, and operations teams to gather inputs. Maintain a library of templates, icons, layouts, and brand assets. Handle

urgent or last-minute presentation requests

with accuracy and speed.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Strong expertise in

MS PowerPoint

, including animations, transitions, slide design, and templates. Good knowledge of

Excel and Word

for integrating charts and tables. Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop is a plus). Excellent attention to detail and sense of visual aesthetics. Strong communication skills and ability to understand presentation objectives. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Experience: 1-5 years in presentation design, corporate communication, or similar roles.

Preferred Skills



Ability to transform rough content into clear, compelling slides. Creative storytelling and visual communication skills. Experience preparing presentations for senior management. Familiarity with branding guidelines and corporate templates.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per month
