female Real Estate Executive

Responsibilities

? Conduct market research on properties, pricing, locations, and trends
? Communicate with clients (calls, WhatsApp, meetings) professionally
? Assist in property site visits and coordination
? Participate in property photoshoots & video shoots (basic comfort on camera required)
? Maintain property listings and client records
? Support marketing team with content ideas related to real estate
? Generate leads and help convert them to sales/rentals

Requirements

Female candidates only Strong communication skills (Hindi/Punjabi/English preferred) Good research abilities and attention to detail Confident personality & comfortable appearing in small shoots Basic knowledge of social media is a plus Must be from the Tricity region (Mohali/Chandigarh/Kharar) Freshers can apply - training will be provided
