Job Summary



We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, driving property sales, building client relationships, and representing the company with professionalism. You will play a key role in guiding clients through the entire sales process--from property presentations to closing deals.

Position-

TL/Manager with Team Member



Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and revenue generation for commercial and Residential real estate projects and farm House.

- Proactively generate and qualify leads through various channels.

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.

- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

- Manage sales-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth completion of closing formalities.

- Maintain clear records of client interactions, negotiations, and pipeline status.
