About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are passionate about the real estate industry and eager to learn. As a Real Estate Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced sales, marketing, and operations teams, gaining hands-on experience in property dealings, client engagement, market research, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in listing and promoting residential or commercial properties. Participate in client meetings, site visits, and property showings. Conduct basic market research and data analysis on real estate trends. Support documentation and paperwork for property transactions. Learn CRM software and update client/property databases. Maintain communication with clients, helping answer inquiries and building relationships. Work with senior team members to understand negotiation and deal-closing processes.

Key Requirements:

A graduate in any stream (Real estate, business, or marketing background is a plus). Strong interest in real estate and willingness to learn the industry. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools. Professional appearance and a positive attitude. Own vehicle (preferred, not mandatory).
