Key Responsibilities:
Identify and understand client requirements for residential and commercial properties
Conduct property tours, site visits, and client meetings
Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and listings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and property developers
Assist in negotiations and closing deals
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and legal regulations
Promote properties through various marketing channels (online, social media, offline)
Coordinate with legal, loan, and documentation teams as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused approach
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Basic knowledge of real estate documentation and procedures
Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred)
