We are looking for a

Real Estate CRM

(Customer Relationship Management) its job involves managing client data, streamlining communication, and overseeing post-sales processes, focusing on lead tracking, automating follow-ups, handling documentation (agreements, payments, possession), coordinating with internal teams (sales, legal, finance), and ensuring high customer satisfaction through efficient service and issue resolution to build loyalty and drive repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

: Maintain a central database of client info, preferences, and interaction history.

Lead & Sales Support

: Track leads, manage sales activities, and automate marketing for new listings/offers.

Post-Sales Coordination

: Manage documentation (invoices, receipts, agreements), payment follow-ups, and possession processes.

Communication

: Act as the primary point of contact, resolving queries via calls/emails promptly.

Internal Coordination

: Liaise with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth project delivery.

Reporting

: Generate reports on customer data, sales performance, and satisfaction levels.

Process Improvement

: Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
Essential Skills & Requirements

Strong communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent time management. Proficiency with Excel and MS Office. Understanding of real estate transactions and documentation.
Qualification: MBA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
