Key Responsibilities
Client Management
: Maintain a central database of client info, preferences, and interaction history.
Lead & Sales Support
: Track leads, manage sales activities, and automate marketing for new listings/offers.
: Act as the primary point of contact, resolving queries via calls/emails promptly.
Internal Coordination
: Liaise with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth project delivery.
Reporting
: Generate reports on customer data, sales performance, and satisfaction levels.
Process Improvement
: Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
Essential Skills & Requirements
Strong communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.
Understanding of real estate transactions and documentation.
