Manage, update, and maintain all client and lead data in the CRM system.
Track and monitor leads throughout the sales pipeline -- from inquiry to deal closure.
Assign leads to agents and ensure timely follow-ups through automated workflows.
Develop and execute CRM campaigns to improve client engagement and conversion rates.
Generate regular reports on lead performance, agent productivity, and campaign ROI.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper categorization of contacts (buyers, sellers, investors, etc.).
Integrate CRM with digital platforms such as websites, portals, WhatsApp, and email marketing tools.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Train agents and staff on CRM features, updates, and best practices
