We are seeking a
seasoned Sales Head
to lead and scale our operations for a reputed Real Estate Channel Partner firm. The right candidate will have
6 to 10 years of continuous experience with a
CP Firms demonstrating
loyalty, consistent performance, and proven leadership in sales management.
The Sales Head will be responsible for
driving business across A-grade real estate projects in Navi Mumbai
, leading large teams, and ensuring sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
Develop and execute sales plans for A-grade real estate projects across multiple locations in Mumbai.
Lead end-to-end operations including
lead generation, inside sales, field sales, closures, and payment collection.
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets through effective planning and execution.
Team Management & Growth
Manage, mentor, and motivate a large sales team to maximize performance.
Build scalable processes to enhance sales productivity and team efficiency.
Continuously identify new opportunities for scaling up the sales teams performance.
Client & Market Engagement
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Collaborate with developers, mandates, and channel networks while ensuring independence from developer-style processes.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies effectively.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Drive alignment across functions to improve lead quality, conversion, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
6 to 10 years of continuous experience in a reputed Real Estate CP firm.
Proven experience in managing
large teams
and handling full-scale sales operations.
Strong expertise in
mandate sales, retail brokerage, and channel partner operations
.
In-depth understanding of
MMR real estate markets
(Thane, Navi Mumbai, KDMC, Western & Central suburbs )
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
