AY Estates is expanding its specialist team that markets ? 5 crore-plus luxury villa projects across the scenic hills of Himachal Pradesh. We're looking for an accomplished Real Estate Consultant who combines a proven sales record with a refined, client-centric approach suited to high-net-worth buyers. This hybrid role blends remote relationship-building with regular travel to project sites in Himachal, using company-provided conveyance.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Sales:
Own the entire sales cycle--from lead qualification and site presentations to negotiation and closing--for premium residential assets.
Client Advisory:
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding the lifestyle aspirations of elite buyers and matching them with suitable properties.
Market Intelligence:
Track luxury real-estate trends in Himachal; prepare comparative market analyses and competitive positioning reports.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate long-term relationships with HNIs, brokers, wealth managers, and channel partners to expand the referral network.
Site Showcases:
Arrange and conduct bespoke site visits; coordinate hospitality and logistics to deliver a memorable client experience.
Documentation & Compliance:
Liaise with legal and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of agreements, due diligence, and post-sale support.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate CRM data and provide weekly pipeline, revenue, and activity reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 6 years
of consultative sales experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, or allied premium segments.
Documented record of closing ? 5 crore-plus transactions or equivalent ticket sizes.
Graduate degree; MBA/BBA in Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Strong network within North India's HNI community is an advantage.
Excellent command of English and Hindi.
Willingness to travel 30-40 % of the time.
