We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader - Sales to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to guide team members, and experience in handling client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets

Responsible for lead generation and ensuring quality leads

Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients

Handle client queries and provide excellent customer service

Regular customer follow-ups to close deals

Monitor team performance and provide training/support

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports

Requirements:

Preferably from the Real Estate Industry

Strong communication, leadership & presentation skills

Ability to handle clients and attend in-person meetings

Good negotiation and convincing skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
