Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and meetings
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients, developers, and channel partners
Negotiate deals and close transactions as per company guidelines
Assist clients with documentation, booking process, and post-sales support
Maintain client database and regular follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor projects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in real estate sales
Graduate / MBA preferred (but not mandatory)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of
Noida, Greater Noida, Yamuna Authority projects
(preferred)
Ability to handle clients independently
Presentable personality and professional attitude
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM
Two-wheeler / car with valid driving license preferred
