Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, digital marketing, referrals, and property portals.
Conduct market research to identify trending property listings and client needs.
Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
Explain features, benefits, and pricing of properties clearly to customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and manage the CRM effectively.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and government regulations related to property sales.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
Strong knowledge of the local property market and industry trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone (optional if company provides).
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
