The Real Estate Consultant is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The role involves understanding client needs, providing property recommendations, managing negotiations, and ensuring a smooth transaction process while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in property buying, selling, and leasing processes.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable property options.
Conduct property site visits and guide clients through legal and financial processes.
Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
Maintain strong relationships with property developers, builders, and brokers.
Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and legal documentation.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, online platforms, and field activities.
Prepare property presentations, agreements, and documentation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
