Proven experience in real estate (minimum 3 years) Strong communication and leadership skills Field-oriented mindset - willing to be hands-on and proactive Entrepreneurial spirit and hunger for growth Passion for helping clients and building long-term relationships Goal-oriented with a drive to earn and succeed
