Key Responsibilities:
Consult clients on real estate CRM usage and best practices
Conduct training on lead tracking, sales automation, and reporting
Customize CRM workflows for real estate businesses
Support implementation and ongoing client success
Collect feedback to help improve the product
Requirements:
5+ years in real estate counseling or CRM advisory
Strong knowledge of real estate sales and lead cycles
Familiar with CRMs like Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Preferred:
Experience onboarding teams onto CRM or tech platforms
Knowledge of property portals and digital tools
