Working days: 6 days' week (Rotational shift -Morning and Afternoon).

Roles & Responsibilities:

Actively generate leads and convert prospects into clients through on-site visits, events, and direct interactions. Promote and sell real estate projects, time share packages, and venue-sharing solutions. Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers. Negotiate and close sales with a high conversion ratio. Maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Keep track of customer preferences, market trends, and competitor offerings. Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports.

with proven ability to close deals on-site. Strong knowledge of

Time Share & Venue Sharing concepts

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

. High energy, confident, and persuasive personality. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Self-motivated with a result-driven approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Applicant should be a HSC or Graduate.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). Minimum

5 years of experience in hardcore sales

. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
