Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and passionate
fresh graduates
who are eager to build a career in real estate sales. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication, enthusiasm, and the ability to understand customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients through calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Conduct property visits and site tours with clients.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure a smooth sales process.
Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory, pricing, and deal closures.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper CRM updates.
Stay updated with current market trends and property offerings.
Requirements
Fresh graduates (any discipline) are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sales, customer interaction, and real estate.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hours (with weekly off).
Compensation
Travelling Allowance:
