Experience: 1-3 years (Real Estate / Leasing background preferred)

Key Responsibilities:


Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial

properties


Conduct property tours and explain features, benefits, and pricing


Build strong client relationships and understand their property needs


Generate leads through fieldwork, digital platforms, and referrals


Maintain updated knowledge of local market trends and property listings


Handle negotiations, lease agreements, and closing processes


Coordinate with property owners, developers, and legal teams


Maintain records of client interactions, deals, and feedback

Requirements:


Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing


Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills


Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment


Presentable, confident, and client-focused


Knowledge of real estate regulations and documentation


Must be open to fieldwork and client visits


Proficiency in local language(s); English and Hindi preferred
