Experience: 1-3 years (Real Estate / Leasing background preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

? Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial

properties

? Conduct property tours and explain features, benefits, and pricing

? Build strong client relationships and understand their property needs

? Generate leads through fieldwork, digital platforms, and referrals

? Maintain updated knowledge of local market trends and property listings

? Handle negotiations, lease agreements, and closing processes

? Coordinate with property owners, developers, and legal teams

? Maintain records of client interactions, deals, and feedback

Requirements:

? Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing

? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

? Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

? Presentable, confident, and client-focused

? Knowledge of real estate regulations and documentation

? Must be open to fieldwork and client visits

? Proficiency in local language(s); English and Hindi preferred
