Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end closing process
for residential/commercial property sales.
Lead and guide the closing team
to ensure targets are achieved.
Negotiate
and finalize deals with clients and channel partners.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for
sales agreements, payment schedules, and documentation.
Handle
client queries
and ensure a seamless post-sales experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of closings, payments, and pending documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and all legal requirements.
Provide regular
reports and MIS
to senior management on closing performance.
Build strong relationships with high-value clients and brokers for repeat and referral business.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (MBA preferred)
5+ years of experience
in real estate sales, with at least
2 years in a closing/managerial role.
Strong understanding of
real estate documentation, sales agreements, and RERA compliance.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-value clients with professionalism and integrity.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales closure targets.
