Call prospective customers and explain property details.
Handle inbound/outbound calls related to real estate projects.
Convert inquiries into site visits or potential leads. Maintain a database of interested buyers and follow up regularly.
Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and visits.
Achieve daily and weekly call/lead targets.
Maintain call logs and update CRM records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (English preferred).
Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
Polite, persuasive, and confident on calls.
Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
