The Business Development Manager - Real Estate is responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, managing channel partners, and expanding the company's real estate portfolio. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, negotiations, and closing property deals while building long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial real estate
Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and direct marketing
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close property sales
Coordinate with legal, CRM, and operations teams for documentation and registration
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and pipeline updates
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5-7 years of experience in real estate sales or business development
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of local real estate market, RERA guidelines, and documentation
Ability to manage channel partners and corporate clients
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills:
Experience in commercial real estate leasing/sales
Existing network of brokers and investors
CRM handling experience
