Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Real Estate Business Development Executiveto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and developers, identifying business opportunities, and supporting marketing efforts through curated property content. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a passion for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Make a minimum of

100 outbound calls

per day to potential clients. Achieve weekly business development targets by connecting with

at least 5 property developers

.

Search, download, and organize

a minimum of 10 engaging property videos per day for marketing use. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns and lead generation activities. Maintain accurate call logs and client records in the CRM system.

Qualifications:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent English

with a clear and professional accent. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Prior experience in

real estate, telesales, or business development

is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
