Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Real Estate Agents:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate agents, providing guidance and support in property transactions and client management.
Oversee Property Transactions:
Ensure all property sales, purchases, and rentals are handled professionally and comply with local, state, and national property laws.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors.
Market Property Listings:
Oversee property marketing strategies including online listings, advertisements, open houses, and client presentations.
Negotiate Deals:
Assist in negotiating purchase agreements, contracts, and lease agreements on behalf of clients.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all property deals adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, and all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
Financial Management:
Oversee commission structures, brokerage fees, and financial transactions related to property deals.
Market Research:
Monitor real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Business Development:
Drive growth by developing new business opportunities, partnerships, and expanding the agency's client base.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a
licensed Real Estate Broker

Strong knowledge of property management, real estate law, and financial principles.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and property values.
Proficiency in real estate CRM software and digital marketing tools.
Educational Requirements:
