to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends the strategic thinking of brand marketing with the relationship-building expertise of real estate consulting. You'll be responsible for driving awareness, leads, and trust in our property offerings while acting as a trusted advisor for clients looking to invest, buy, or lease real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Strategy:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute brand campaigns that elevate property portfolios across digital and traditional platforms.

Lead Generation:

Use marketing insights to drive qualified leads and convert them into clients through personalized consultations and site visits.

Client Engagement:

Act as a brand ambassador by delivering high-touch service and curated experiences to potential buyers, investors, and tenants.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to tailor marketing approaches and messaging.

Content & Promotion:

Coordinate with content creators to develop property-focused marketing materials, videos, and social media content that resonate with target audiences.

Sales Enablement:

Support sales with marketing-driven collateral, presentations, and branding to enhance client conversion.

Networking & Events:

Represent the brand at industry events, open houses, and property expos to enhance visibility and credibility.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales, brand marketing, or property consulting. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer behavior. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, CRM, social media platforms). Passion for real estate, branding, and building lasting client relationships.
