We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Associate to support our growing real estate operations. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of warehouse structures, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. This hybrid role offers exposure to both operational and client-facing responsibilities, making it ideal for someone eager to develop in both technical and interpersonal aspects.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation and documentation of warehouse infrastructure, layouts, and facilities.
• Create and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations for internal reviews and external stakeholders, including clients, landlords, and vendors.
• Assist in site visit coordination, audits, and real estate documentation activities.
• Manage and maintain effective communication with landlords, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, Operations, and Finance to facilitate real estate transactions and reporting.
• Represent the real estate team in internal discussions, presentations, and client updates.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of warehouse structures, facilities, or logistics operations.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).
• Strong presentation and PR/stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• A learning mindset with the ability to adapt and take initiative.
